The two day training called “Enhancing Children’s Learning Programme” is based on the concept of “belonging” and “inclusion”.
Our Renalelona coaches were offered simple but powerful tools that will help them to ensure that every child feels that they belong, not only at the Centre, but to the school system as a whole.
The ECL team taught the concepts by first applying them to the Rena team.
It was magic to see awareness grow and each member of the team experience a sense of being seen, heard and included.
This is truly a unique and powerful training intervention.
